No gears, no wires, back pedal to brake

The Clifton Park "Not-So-Common" Players is doing the Wizard of Oz for their summer outdoor production. As fans of the movie know, the dreaded Miss Gultch arrives on a bike to take Toto away at the beginning of the story. Unfortunately, the bike we expected to use is no longer available and we have been unable to locate such a bike through other theater groups. Does anyone out there have one that we can borrow?

And before the jokes start, no I don't need an "Old lady's" bike. I need an old bike that can be used by a woman in a long skirt
