I hate to counter the rec, but they did an awful job on our house and had to redo the job with another company the next year. Buyer beware!

OK, WELL I HAVEN'T HAD THEM WORK ON MY HOME
IN 3 YEARS BUT, MY GUTTERS ARE STILL UP AND FUNCTIONING VERY WELL AND, THEY HAVEN'T HAD TO COME BACK TO MY PRIOR HOME EITHER THAT THEY INSTALLED GUTTERS ON 7 YEARS AGO

We just had seamless gutters installed last week by Malta Seemless Gutter, Inc. phone# 899-1100. Looks great, reasonable price.

That's who i am going with ....they were $100 cheaper compared to NorthEast Seamless gutters and the area for gutters is only 36 feet ! I can't imagine how much NE would charge for the whole house ...always good to get many quotes

Just a thought on gutters for those thinking of them. I currently have them on my own house completely around the home as I have a basement and clay soil. On my homes in Luther Forest I only placed them over the garage, doorways and to protect any decks.(constant water will pitt these areas & wreck a bottom panel of a wooden garage door) Due to the sandy soil in the forest it usually can handle the water runoff from the roof and not enter a basement. Sometimes just gravel around the parameter will protect the siding and disburse the water. Gutters are great but with the trees of the forest they must be kept clean at least once a year or it's very likely you will get ice buildup in the winter which could damage the lower roof line and lead to water stains in the house. Over the years I've seen this happen on numerous homes in the forest. Just a thought for those thinking of installing them, you may only need a partial installation.

Anybody have a rough idea what Malta Seamless Gutters charges per foot?

I'm just trying to get an idea of what it would cost before I call them for an estimate.

The per foot charge on my recent estimate for Malta Seamless was about $4.00 per foot. I got an estimate from Malta Seamless and the leaf guards were almost as much as the gutters!

We really need gutter covers because of the trees, etc.

I just got a second quote from Capital Gutters (Eddie) and they came in about $500.00 cheaper with covers. I am going with Capital -- the materials look to be of quality, too. If you are interested in a quote: Eddie at 878-2799.

We just had out gutters from Capital Gutters installed yesterday ... nice work and reasonable price. They look great.
