I'm looking to have my Luther Forest townhome's lawn core aerated.

Does anyone have any recommendations or contacts?

I would suggest talking to one (or more) of your neighbors. Consider doing several lawns together and then split the price of renting an aerator for an afternoon.

I know Allerdice in Saratoga Springs rents stuff like that.

I ended up renting from Casale on route 9 in Halfmoon, $48 total.
