Did you see the look of disgust on his wife's face. A pretty wife and 3 kids - they must be so proud of dear ole dad.
Bruno is probably doing a little jig right now.

The political system is broken.
It is run by the corrupt.
It is run by politicians serving their own interests.
It is run by politicians serving big business's interests.
This government is not for the people but to see how much we can get out of the people.
It's time to take this country back.

I'm still mad about the freakin Volunteer Service Award program - Mad
The assessment goes up and eventually the property tax will rise to meet it ...and then "the people" vote to increase their own taxes - unbelievable.

Ever notice that whenever a democrat is involved in a sex scandle its usually with a woman. However when a republican is involved in a sex scandle its gay... as in homosexual.

Seems like the GOP is populated by a majority of self hating homos.

Gents, thank you again. I have to confess that even the most distant implication that Sweeny could be a self-loathing "homo" (especially in light of his almost overwhelming butchness) is enough to make the dark parts of my knee jerk liberal heart warm up and laugh its a$$ off. Cool

No sweeney was a wife beater. He was loathsome.

Looking at pics of Spitzers wife - I think she is going to kick his ***. I see divorce in their future.

Definitely. She'll play the dutiful political wife until he resigns in a deal to avoid jail time. Then the divorce will come.

I really thought that the photo of Spitzer posted by SHO above was photoshopped until I saw the actual footage on TV. I've never seen anyone's mouth do that unless they have no teeth. Incredible.

PROSTITUTION SHOCKER

Yesterday, a choked-up, 48-year old prostitution client admitted that he was governor of New York State. The news shocked family, friends and colleagues.

According to sources, "John", Eliot Spitzer, lived a double-life: Soliciting high-priced prostitutes at night while all the while governing the Empire State.

Said one anonymous friend: "Submitting budgets, sparing with legislators, appointing state officials...that's not the Eliot I know."

Spitzer's Emperor Club associate, Kristen, described the revelations as tragic. "I should have known better," said the prostitute. "He was into some real kinky stuff. He always wanted me to dress-up like a foreigner. Then we'd go down to DMV to apply for a drivers license. Sometimes he'd make me wear a grey wig and call me Senator Joe."

It is not yet known if Spitzer will resign from the Emperor's Club.
Developing.....

Meanwhile, we'll be covering this story from all angles.

Coming up.....

Another thing I am worried about is Obama. It looks like he will be the Dem winner. Now Who do I vote for in November??

I really don't know who I will vote for. Obama is a great speaker, McCain is a respected war veteran.

Hillary, let me see...she was married to the President, then he got her the Senate job in NYS, because no one in her own state would vote for her...and i just cannot think of one thing she has done for us in NYS as senator, but I guess this all makes her qualified, because her husband was President..right?...right?...I dont think so...Let me put it this way, does the wife of a CEO of a company make her qualified to become CEO if the husband retires?

No- but being able to get enough of the votes of the rest of the cottonheaded ninnymuggins who own stock does.

Having said that: Obama's a better choice. His inexperience means he's not going to halfass really important decisions just to appease the base. The people are swayed by his message and the representatives have no choice but to support them without getting a barrage of loathing from the electorate and risk losing their spot.

Plus he said he'd undo the damage to checks and balances. That's key the process beyond the election.

There is only one candidate with real experience: McCain. He seems to be intelligent and not hypocritical. My only concern is that he's kind of old for the job and all its stresses, but I have no doubt he would be a good President. He's like GE stock.

Obama is charismatic, an amazing speaker and has the capability of really energizing Americans to do more. With his limited experience, his choice of advisors would make or break his Presidency. He has the potential to be a Great President or an opportunity lost. He's like a risky high-tech stock, perhaps Intel.

Clinton is also very intelligent, but she's not charismatic, seems quite self-serving, and is extremely devisive. Where the other two candidates could unify the country, I doubt Clinton could. Her Presidency would be hampered by partisan bickering and mudslinging. She's like Enron stock.

I agree MaCain has experience but I am fearful of his "hawkish" views. Obama is certainly a good speaker and has Charisma. It depends on his "people" he choses to surround himself wether he will do OK. Bush surounded himself with men from his father's administration and it didn't turn our good. Hillary is a good person with good ideas. We had prosperity during the "Clinton" years. There were some scandals but the Government was able to move on.I don't believe we would have a sex scandal with her. However, she has Repulicans that "hate" her. That would be a big hurdle to jump. Obama would have "dyed in the wool" racists against him. Thus the Dilema, who to vote for?? Roll Eyes
