Why would someone in a town of Malta pick-up,be driving up and down Dunning St.,putting up Nolen signs? This just happened about 3pm.I was walking my dog and this red pick-up with the doors clearly marked as being a town vehicle kept stopping.He put out about 3 signs that i noticed.It was surprising since there were already several of her signs on Dunning already.
No i was across the street when i first noticed.I know the difference between taking a sign and placing one.Every place he stopped,there was a nolen sign when he left!
