To write-in for SUE NOLEN go to "Supervisor - COLUMN 5, all the way up at the top of the voting machine, lift the door, write in Sue Nolen. To vote for DAVE PLANTE go to COUNCILMAN - COLUMN 9 and write-in above. Don't forget to vote for Cynthia too! (TWO VOTES FOR TOWN COUNCIL)

Write-In Votes really are simple! See the picture in this post to see the layout of the machines today. Remember, pull the lever for Cynthia in column 8 first, and then write me in above column 9 as shown in the picture. Thanks again everyone for their support!

I voted write-in this morning. It may be a little hard for shorter people. PLEASE, PLEASE ask for assistance if you need it!

She lost once - the people have spoken. Let's see the outcome. No matter what, Malta will never be the same.

Clarification: She lost against the dwindling right wing of the party of dwindling power. A few people have spoken, and they're not especially good at making decisions to begin with.

So true, JP. Malta will never be the same. Although change is always inevitable, it is the scale of change in Malta. There will be "HUGE" changes in Malta within the next few years.

I'm assuming (and we all know what that can lead to) that you are talking about the republican primary. Shall I remind you that in the republican primary that only republicans vote and in fact in Malta the combination of the democrats, independents and NPO (all of which did not vote in the Republican primary) outnumber the republicans. So yes jp you are right, Sue lost in a vote....a vote by the minority in this town. So please don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Talk about big changes in Malta! I can't wait until the day when more than one person's opinions will be running this town.

Don't read so much into it, Bob. I don't think she stood a chance with this write-in vote. We have and will continue to support high density development in spite of this. What she's been campaigning on, however, is not going to be defeated today, even if you get enough votes to put Hartzell/Ruisi on the board. The only difference will be that it will hurt more because developers will sue the poo out of the town to build whatever they want- and they will win.

...Did you just equate Sue Nolen with MLK Jr? I wouldn't go even half as far.

No, I did vote for the amendments. I just took the picture mid-way through my voting. Cynthia was first, followed by myself in column 9. Then came the picture.

Its easy to maintain a semblance of control a order when the majority of your electorate are pretty much retarded, uninformed, and apathetic.

This country is done.
