As Pistor Klutz will tell you, there is a biblical quote to support any stance in any situation, and that one seemed to fit the situation. SO... it did have something to do with the thread, it just didnt have anything to do with MLK jr. So, put that in your pipe and smoke it. ALSO, enjoy your tearful hangover there Whitey, and I am so sorry that we wont have SDN to kick around anymore. But you can keep one of her posters around to relieve yourself as needed.

If he thinks that, he's wrong. The bible is contextual and the Genesis verse you quoted has nothing to do with what we were talking about. Thanks, but I just relieved myself on a flag. Just like the voters did.
I don't recognize the particular chapter and verse or maybe your particular version of the passage you claim to quote. Maybe you would be so kind as to provide a reference. As Whitey seems to have found, the quote in the form you have it is more closely identified as a reference to MLK Jr.

Genesis 37:20. I can forgive Bob, as he is probably more familiar with Broadway musicals involving technicolor dreamcoats than substantial historical figures. And because it's what Jesus would have wanted.

so, youre also a flag f__c__r ! ...its funny the things you find out about your neighbors. its also funny that the majority of the voters who spout out on this website didnt even show up on the tv screen....all twenty of you who had your write in fun went down without so much of a media mention. As for Genesis, what kind of preachercreature wouldnt know the bible inside and out? One who is targeted for defeat in the next election cycle?
"Relieved", not "released".
The kind of preachercreature that checked five different versions of Genesis 37:20 and was trying to give you a break before saying that you misquoted the Bible.
I think its funny that in your world, relevence is validated by the ole TV tube. But then again, TV probably is your master, so it makes sense.
and did I ? | ||||
37:20 Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams. Unless you've got something better.
That was pretty much the gist of my post referring to the positions held by the Nolenites. Let us see what becomes of her downtown vision now that the pesticide has been applied to her.
When you put pairs of flying commas around something, that means it's a quote, not "pretty much the gist." Ironically, when this saying was applied to Joseph, it turned out to be prophetic. The evil intentions backfired and the dreams survived and became a reality.

just reitterating my clarification is all...and good luck with that prophesy....
