I'm sorry but look at the date this was posted. It sold already and is going to close any day now. I did have another one on Arrowwood about a month ago, but that sold on the first day of showings. emailed to you the instant they come on the market or fall into your price range. I have a large number of Luther Forest/Malta buyers, but they are waiting for the right home at the right price. I never waste my time or a buyers time or sellers time by showing the wrong home. Many agents think run a buyer thru any house available and I don't do that. Sellers have to clean, get ready etc for a showing, so I need to only show homes that truely fit the potential buyer. It just doesn't make sense otherwise.
