It's good to see places in the Forest still being sold quickly. There was a home on Meadow Rue that just sold in what seemed record time as well (although there are a few that have been on the market for a very long time). |

It really comes down to correct price and condition and proper exposure. There are a few others of the same model at $144K or 146K and they have been sitting on the market for a couple months, but I guess our condition and location won out. Now the next step is to hold the deal together till we reach the closing table. I often say a house sale is like jello, the longer it stays together the firmer it gets.
