Last year we had a luther forest garage sale in May. Does anyone know if were doing this again, or want to do it? If nothings been planned, we could plan something-

Ermine Lair Homeowner's Association is planning a 2-day (Saturday and Sunday) neighborhood-wide garage sale.
However, we want to hold it the same week of spring cleanup. We've been talking to County Waste and as of last week have not set a date for Malta's pick-up.
We will keep you posted.
It should be the first or second week of May.

The annual Ermine Lair Homeowner's Association Garage Sale will be held on the weekend of May 17-18.
Spring clean-up will be held the week of May 18.

Kris, is there any way to have the newsletter make a return? I feel if you do not attend the meetings which I cannot due to work schedules, then people get left in the dark about things that are going on. When the news letter was circulated everyone knew about events, such as the garage sale as well as problems and concerns
in the neighborhood.

Doesn't the garbage company usually send out a notice about the clean up week?

I would like to see a newsletter or email blast sent out to interested residence too... keeping us informed on what is going on.

We will be sending out a one-pager notifying homeowners of the garage sale and spring clean-up dates.
As part of the association's bid to keep costs down in the new contract for the management company (Diamond Realty), we now circulate two newsletters per year (summer and winter).
We will be advertising the two-day garage sale with all of the local newspapers.
I hope we have another great turnout this year.

CAN YOU PERHAPS HAVE THE RAIN POSTPONED THAT IS FORCAST FOR THIS WEEKEND? IT SEEMS THAT ALMOST EVERY YEAR IT RAINS FOR THIS. PERHAPS I WILL SELL RAIN SLICKERS ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE I PLAN ON GETTING RID OF.
