UNTAYMED is currently seeking a bass player with backing vocal capability. We play primarily originals but will put some 80's metal covers into our set lists. Untaymed has been an established band for over 20 years with 5 cd's worth of material currently including members from the following bands: British Steel (Judas Priest tribute), Second Heat (80's metal cover band), and Rokken (Dokken tribute). This band performs mostly original material, therefore our focus is booking shows primarily with national acts. We have shared the stage with countless bands including: Dokken, Ratt, White Lion, etc..etc.. We would also like to get back into the studio and start recording again by the middle of 2012. Right now, because of our schedules, no rehearsals will be happening until January. Auditions however, can occur during December. We are looking for someone who truly likes this style of music, has a good attitude and will play to compliment the song. We are not looking for Steve Harris. Pick players preferred. Backing vocals are a must. High end/quality gear is important as well. All members of this band have been playing well over 20 years and collectively, have logged hundreds of shows. We plan to do bi-weekly rehearsals starting in January. Anyone interested can be provided with a handful of originals and a few covers to learn and go from there.
