Today I passed a dead cat on Dunning Road. It seemed to be a full grown cat with brown fur.
If you know someone looking for a cat that fits this description, please pass this message along. I would hate to not know what became of my pet. So sad. If this is your cat, you have my condolences. |

If it was the same thing i saw - it was a woodchuck ....left side of road if you were heading towards the Lake ...past Partridge Drum

I agree with Unholy. It was a woodchuck. I saw it when I was walking down Dunning.

Still could be somone's pet.
If so, then my condolences again. |

And to think how much wood would go unchucked...
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? |
And now we'll never know the answer to that question. Sigh |
Why, didn't you know...
A woodchuck, would chuck, all the wood he could chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood!!! And although this thread has digressed, CAL89, I want to say that it was really sweet of you to post your original message. |
Yes, it was kind. And I'm sorry that it was I who digressed.
Some maintain that woodchucks could not and would not chuck wood at all.
It depends on what definition of "chuck" you want to chuck into this discussion.
