I am trying to get an idea of how much I should put my townhouse on the market for. It is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath on Thimbleberry Rd. We put on a new roof 2 years ago, along with central air. We have a partially finished basement, screened in back porch, patio, and nice fenced in backyard.

I'm guessing you have a model E (washer& Dryer upstairs)I believe thats the only 2 BR model built with basements on that street. The basement and a full hot air system makes you a little unique.
