I only show 3 townhomes available for rent right now in the Forest. Under pets they are listed as TBD which generally means they will require an additional security deposit. All require a credit check. If you haven't already seen these, I can make arrangement to show them.

None of these have central air, you would need to use window air conditioners. Thats going to be difficult find in Luther Forest. A rental townhouse with central air. The only ones originally built with hot air/central air systems are on Snowberry. Some owners have converted, but it's unlikely that a landlord would make that upgrade as the cost would out weigh the return.

The townhouses rent so quickly, many landlords just advertise them in the paper to avoid a commission. You might have a larger selection by checking the Time Union & Saratogian for ones being rented by the owners. The other reason for the shortage of inventory right now is if a unit is coming empty this time of year, many landlords will rent it as a track rental and they can get considerably more money than other times of the year. Once track season is over usually many more townhomes become available.
