My girlfriend and I have been looking to purchase in Luther Forest recently and obviously we've discovered the many different models. The one we have found that we really like is 3 Bed, 2 full bath with the usable loft (not the shut in, walk-in attic type). It appears to be about 1500 square feet.

Anyone know which model this is any how common they are? I've mainly seen them on Thimbleberry.

Montie,
I have a three bedroom, two bathroom located on Thimbleberry. I believe that it is a G model. I am not sure which model you are speaking about but might be the same. If you would like to see the unit or find out more information than please call me. Thanks

Except for the loft part, this sounds like my house. My neighbors have the same model, which is currently for sale. Sorry I don't know the model letters. A set or floor plans with model letters would be a nice addition to the web site.

I'm not sure if the upstairs attic type space has been converted to a loft or not on theirs. Anyway, the listing is here .

Jeff,
does your model really only have one bath? If you have two you are going to want to have a long talk with your realtor becausse that's one of the most important things in a listing. But it just goes to show that there are really a lot of different models.

We have the "same" model (with 2 bathrooms), but my entrance is a front door directly into the dining area. And looking at your pictures, the layout seems the same but "different". I really prefer your bathroom layout though. When you look down the hall to the bathroom in our unit, if the door is open, you see the toilet.

Somewhere I actually have a copy of the original offering floorplans for Fox Wander. I'll try and scan or shoot them as a picture and post them on the site this weekend (no promises). I may actually do the same thing for the Fox Wander East offering plans.

No, mine has 2, both full, they're right on top of each other. I'm not sure why the listing for that house only has 1.

My entrance has a little foyer, which is where the furnace is.

Actually, my house plans are already scanned. I took pictures when I bought the place. The plans still aren't quite right, but it's close.

Every 3 Bedroom townhouse should be 2 full baths. Otherwise it was a 2 bedroom converted to 3.(this does not count on Snowberry where Rosen Michaels now The Michaels Group built the original townhouses)

The only one with more is the Guyer model F which is has 3 Br 2.5 baths. That is the largest of the townhouses.

Jeff,

The curtain rod by the staircase is for hanging decorative quilts or tapestries. Not shower curtains Smile

Yes yes, I figured that out. In fact there is a tapestry hanging there right now.
